Dance With Me.

*I ran till I lost my words, my poetry, my emotions and myself.*

We all run different races, assuming life to be a race, we all are athletes. We play dress-up, put on make-up, go out with people who matter ( or don’t), post pictures on net with intentions (good or bad) and try to find our answers ( the real ones). But are we able to locate ourselves on our map? Are we able to solve our queries? Are we able to dissolve Β the complications that hold us back? Are we able to live life to the fullest? Are we able to sip on every moment-as it comes? Are we able to believe in our dreams? Are we able to cut from the distractions and continue? Are we able to pause our lives and introspect?

For the longest time I have held the opinion that leaving problems the way they are help simplify them. Nothing works if no actions are taken. Time does not, does not change anything. Time is a passive medium. Time stands still watching us grow, learn, bloom and wilt. In today’s world where we are attached to materialistic things more than emotions we tend to hurt ourselves unimaginable times in unimaginable manners.

Finding oneself isn’t easy. Finding the purpose of your being is not easy. But there comes a moment, a step, a bump in the path where we all have to learn and explain to ourselves our actions.

Dressed up, got my heart messed up
You got yours and I got mine
It’s unfair that I still care
And I wonder where you are tonight. -Tori Kelly

None of us here will die till we complete our one mission we were born for. NONE. But, how long will you take before you understand that your life is now-not tomorrow, your purpose is real-not dreamy, your actions are impactful-not tiny, and you have the power- you are not weak/timid.Screen Shot 2018-08-02 at 5.11.11 PM.png

As below, so above. – Rhonda Byrne
