Lesson 5 – Calendar Blocking!
It is simple – what gets placed in your daily scheduler gets done. (Robin Sharma). Calendar Blocking is blocking your days with activities that you want to do. For example – if i want to go for a movie with my friend at 4 on wednesday – i will block that time. That time is reserved – I am not allowed to have any meeting or phonecall placed for that time interval. It is like reservations in restaurants – the same approach applied to your calender. This method is very useful. It let’s you focus on one thing at a time.
Quick tip – For efficiency do not multitask. Do not get into this habit.
