  9. Do something Nice for someone else – and don’t Tell anyone about it.
  10. Let others have the Glory.
  11. Learn to live in the Present moment.
  12. Imagine that everyone is Enlightened except You.
  13. Let others be ‘Right’ most of the time.
  14. Become more Patient.
  15. Create ‘Patience Practice Periods’.
  16. Be the first one to act Loving or reach out.
  17. Ask yourself the question, “Will this matter a year from now?”
  18. Surrender to the fact that Life is not Fair.
  19. Allow yourself to be Bored.
  20. Lower your Tolerance to Stress.
  21. Once a week, write a Heartfelt Letter.

  27. Set aside Quiet time, Every Day.
  28. Imagine the people in your life as Tiny Infants and One Hundred-Year-Old Adults.
  29. Seek First to Understand.
  30. Become a better Listener.
  31. Choose your battles Wisely.
  32. Become aware of your Moods, and don’t allow yourself to be fooled by the low ones.
  33. Life is a Test. It’s only a test!
  34. Praise and Blame are all the Same.
  35. Practice random acts of Kindness.

  38. Choose being Kind over being Right.
  39. Tell 3 people (today) how much you Love them!

  49. Remember that everything has God’s fingerprints on it.

  52. Just for fun, agree with criticism directed towards you (then watch it go away).
  53. Search for the Grain of Truth in others’ opinions.

  56. Breathe before you speak.
  57. Be grateful when you are feeling good and graceful when you are feeling bad.

  73. Take up Yoga or any form of exercise.
  74. Make service an integral part of your life.
  75. Do a favour and don’t ask for, or expect, one in return.
  76. Think of your problems as potential teachers.
  77. Get comfortable not knowing!
  78. Acknowledge the totality of your being!
  79. Cut yourself some slack.
  80. Stop blaming others.
  81. Become an early riser.
  82. When trying to be helpful, focus on little things.
  83. Lighten up!
