► write down your pain w/ their related trigger points. now as silly as it sounds – let me reassure you how it helps. anytime you feel like you cant trust people or youve just had too much of today. the first thing you must do is write it down and flush it out of your system. you do not want your body to be clogged with toxic thoughts.

► now – get back to life. what is it eactly that you were trying to get done? what exact thing brought you to this breakdown? why did you end up – in tears? assess your actions. do the inward looking.
.
► take a lesson from the event and LET IT GO. if you keep holding on to it like a possession it will keep troubling you like – an insecticide. you do not want the past iterations to have control over your future programs. you want to be in control always.
