Lesson 8 – Creating Rituals
Rituals are the formulas by which harmony is restored. Terry Tempest Williams
Every person out there who is doing a fantastic job in their life has their own set of rituals. These rituals are spread across their day – their time is guided by these. From the moment they wake up they put themselves on auto mode to build the base for a great day ahead. I suggest you to chalk out your own rituals. Here’s a list of the most used rituals.
Having a morning routine –
ღ Drinking water first thing (EVEN BEFORE COFFEE OR TEA)
ღ Waking up at a slightly early time – adjust this according to your needs and your working hours.
ღ Journalling – dreams and thought processes.
ღ Setting aside time to go for a morning walk.
